Thank you to Rock the Parkway for having Ironband back again this year!
Congratulations to all the runners on your impressive efforts – you all looked great!
An extra special thanks to all the volunteers with Runner’s Edge and Girls on the Run who hosted the two aid stations adjacent to our stage – we hope that we weren’t too loud. An extra shout out from the band goes out to the handful of the Girls on the Run runners who were our most enthusiastic dance troupe of the day!
Once again we managed to capture most of the 8000+ runners on video – it’s a blitzkrieg of 8000 runners and 30 songs in less than six minutes, but can you find yourself in the video recap below?
All the music in the video was recorded live during the race – thanks to everyone for the thumbs up, smiles, and cheers – and congratulations to all the runners on your impressive efforts!
