Ironband @ the 2012 JCC J Fit Indoor Triathlon
Thanks to the Jewish Community Center for having us out to perform an acoustic set at the 2012 J Fit Indoor Triathlon! We played adjacent to the indoor track where participants had to complete 20 laps (2 miles) after completing a 500-meter swim in the pool and 8-mile bike on a stationary bike.
Yes, 20-laps….which means that you had the “pleasure” of running by us 20 times. We’re used to playing at outdoor races where we only see the runners once or twice so toss in the ability to work out on the elliptical trainers while we performed and it added up to an entertaining way to kick off the 2012 World Tour!
You all looked great out there – we hope that we helped power you through the run leg with a little extra “oomph!”
